Revocation and returns<\/h1>\n

a.) You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) or \u2013 if the goods are delivered to you before the expiry of the deadline \u2013 also by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient and also not before fulfilment of our information obligations. To comply with the revocation period, it is\u00a0sufficient to send the revocation or the item in good time.<\/p>\n

If a subscription is taken out, the cancellation period shall be 14 days after the declaration of contract. Cancellation after receipt of the first mailing is not possible.<\/p>\n

Consequences of revocation<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be\u00a0returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. If you are unable to\u00a0return or surrender the received goods and services or benefits (e.g. benefits of use) in\u00a0whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss\u00a0of value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any\u00a0benefits derived from it if the benefits or the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond testing its properties and functionality. Items that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment if\u00a0the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of EUR 40.00 or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for\u00a0you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your notice of cancellation or the item, for us with its receipt.<\/p>\n

If you have taken out a subscription, any payments already made will be refunded.<\/p>\n

End of the cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

a.) You can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. Goods are to be returned for protection only in the original special packaging of the outward journey using all protective materials.<\/p>\n

b.) There is no right of withdrawal or return for the following goods: Custom-made products. Framed prints are explicitly excluded from exchange as the frames are custom-made.<\/p>\n

c.) Please contact us before returning the goods at office@artinprint.at. To ensure a smooth return process, we will send you a return slip immediately.<\/p>\n
